I have a family member who just went through a messy divorce. He has joint custody with his crazy, narcissistic ex wife. She will throw profanity laced fits towards her ex husband, right in front of the kids and have zero regard for their presence. She will let them do whatever they want (even things that put their safety in jeopardy) so that they see her as the fun parent. It's such a sad situation, it breaks my heart. My question is, what does it take to get more than 50% of custody?
