If a law came in place that banned affirmative action, would that law be racist? Would that law be fascist? Why would a law that prevents an employer or school from judging people based on the color of their skin be racist or fascist? Shouldn't we all be judged based on our merits, in a merit based society? Should we disband our merit based society in favor of an identity based society?
