Up there, in them trees.
I do think this is one of the two AU signs at this point. Another, who I'm not ready to mention yet, a few years older is also probable and will be there to compete. I probably like Calzada more than most, but am certainly not "wowed" by the proposition. With a better receiving corps in tact, I'd feel better about everyone.
Cons:
-Footwork is sporadic
-Throws from uneven plane far too often
-Doesn't repeat fluid/sound delivery consistently, changes arm angles for no understandable reason
-Internal clock is slow and results in too many sacks
-Easily tricked by defenses disguising coverages

Pros:
-Cannon arm, elite arm talent
-Mobile enough to extend plays and have SOME designed QB runs be effective
-Release can be very quick and hard for defenders to react in time to
-When he's in rhythm, he's on fire
-Emotionally even-keeled
-Tough, played through injuries all season

He fits the mold of a Harsin QB, historically speaking. I also like that he's been fairly open about thinking Jimbo is an a**hat. Could AU win with him? Definitely, with a better supporting cast. Is he an individual game changer, right now, no. He would be the best QB on AU's roster right now, however. (and I'm a DD fan) **ALL of the cons are "fixable". **
