Im sure everyone will agree that Independence Day is the š holiday of the year, unless your some kind of serial killer.
So, what are your plans? Were having a little neighborhood party at Ft Shorts. It will start early, prolly around 0400- gotta get that Brisket on the Lang. We'll be smoking up a couple racks of St Louis ribs, couple of whole chickens, and a pork butt, and grilling some burgers. The boom boom speakers will be shaking all day, the pool temp is perfect, and the fireworks show choreographed to the music will be the finale.
Speaking of brisket, I hope you animals got your trim and seasoning done tonight.
