Heard from a property owner there that a NEW regulation only allows beach access to beach front owners. Families who have booked houses across the road for $15,000 + per week and expecting to use golf carts to beach access are being told they have to get in their cars and drive to a public beach. Pissed is an understatement. If this holds, rentals there will crash. Heard everyone is lawyering up.
