I was lucky enough to go to the inaugural show of this festival and it was glorious, last year was pretty big step back and this year is well...interesting.
Metallica headlining is very cool and I love QOTSA but the rest of the bands at the top are just not going to cut it...feels like they overspent on Metallica and did not have the money to keep the depth at the top of the ticket at a high level.
There are some gems at the bottom...
Down is one of my all time favorites

Meshuggah
Mastodon
Lacuna Coil
Stabbing Westward
But ultimately not enough to get me out there for year 3.
