The thread on the 1990 season got me thinking about this era too. Then saw a Instagram post about how loaded the 2007 UF-LSU game was.
Just thinking about how rollercoaster this era was. In 07 we should’ve been 12-1 if we don’t lay eggs against USF and Miss. state and blow the game in Red Stick.
06 we are flat against UGA and lay another egg against Arkansas but beat LSU and UF at home.
05 we are the suck against GT at home and kick the game away in red stick. Bowl game no show against Wisconsin.
Just unreal blown opportunity in those years to compete for MNCs.
