Scrap metal
Any scrappers out there? Would you take this stuff? It has been lying on the side of the road for at least a month. It is by a highway interchange. I called the DOT and highway and they say it is not theirs. It is from light towers. They changed the bulbs to solar and left the old high hats.- shultz40
