Would he be required to hire that are former AU players?

NOTE: ole 73 fully aware there are a Number of former AU players that are good to very good assistant coaches in CFB today. Just believe that NO proven (power 5 conference titles, playoff appearances, etc) guy is gonna accept less than COMPLETE control over his staff hirings. As in TOTAL
