I’m guessing it could be since the SC ruled companies have many rights of individuals. How much do they raise the price of houses? How much would prices go down if they weren’t allowed to purchase? It’s seems like it wouldn’t make a huge difference. Rent could be going up more due to these purchases than actual home prices. Just some random thoughts.
