Heavily Democrat counties are mailing out absentee ballot applications with all of the info pre-filled in by computer: full name, birthdate, and Voter ID number, which is either your Drivers License number or , for those freaks who don't have licenses, a PIN number established when they registered.

So, not only can I get a ballot for someone that used to live at my address or apartment complex, not only can you scoop up somebody else's ballot application and have their ballot sent somewhere else by changing the address, you can also steal their identity by getting all their personally identifying information. You may even be able to go get a replacement drivers license made with your picture on it, if you know you look similar to the person whose ballot you took.

These county clerks are defying the secretary of state's order in doing this. Not only that, Insurance agencies and healthcare providers are subject to fines of $10,000 per occurrence if they are willfully negligent in allowing someone's personally identifying info to get out. That's why you don't see birthdays or SSNs on insurance cards or medical bills like you did 20 years ago. To bad HIPAA doesn't apply to government workers. If your identity is stolen and you sue the county clerk for damages, they probably get to hide behind Qualified Immunity, even though any reasonable person should foresee identity theft as a result of this reckless illegal action.
